4. Work Commencement Policy
Once a project has been initiated, discussed, and aligned with the client, it becomes non-refundable. This includes:
- Project planning and consultation
- Content creation or manuscript editing
- Design drafts, mockups, or prototypes
- Website development or coding work
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, materials, and approvals. Delays or dissatisfaction caused due to incomplete or incorrect input from the client will not qualify for a refund.

We ensure delivery as per agreed scope. However, subjective preferences or expectations beyond the agreed scope do not qualify for refunds.
